After a few years of operating my old Website, i decide to upgrade and update trhis Site fpr the next few years :-D. So there are no „old“ Stories and we start with a fresh and naked Website. Just a few improvemnts werre done:
- A Standalone Eventcalendar, self developed
- A Standalone Stramplayer with a few features
Let us go in depth
The Event-Calendar: The most WordPress Plugins are not for free if you want customize it. And of course they don’t fit to what i want. So i decide to wrie my own Event-Calendar. There a bulk of Improvements such as SL Integration (Map and Teleport), Venue Organisation and Presentation, Track-History (self devoloped). Recuring Function, and many more. It’s much easier to handle and organize weekly repeating Events and to provide more Informations about the Venue/Club itself.
The next one is my Own-Streamplayer with more Features as just a Player! Last Play with Covers, History to the Plays on Events. Statistics (nope, no UUID or something else is tracked) and a health monitor. So nothing can happend and i have all the informations i need. Ah, just vforget to mention, i have implemented a sitewide player but i think it’s not usefull if you go on my „Live-Stream“ Page :-D. Let me know if you want to use ist in case of the „Standalone“ player.
Last but not least: Fresh Design, Uptodate WordPress and a bit more Server-Power to handle the Millions (LOL) of Listeners and Visitors.
